As an IT Project Manager (m/f/x) at payever, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our technology projects. You will have the opportunity to lead and manage projects that span across various areas of information technology, contributing to the development of cutting-edge solutions and innovations.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of IT projects, from inception to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to define project objectives, scope, and requirements, ensuring alignment with our overall business goals and strategies.
In this role, your day will look something like this
Project Planning
Define project goals, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop project plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and risk management strategies.
Identify and document project scope, requirements, and dependencies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project governance and communication processes.
Project Execution and Monitoring
Coordinate and manage project activities, tasks, and resources to ensure timely and successful project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify and address issues, and mitigate risks.
Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among project team members.
Stakeholder Management
Identify project stakeholders and establish strong relationships.
Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and provide timely updates on project progress.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Address and resolve stakeholder concerns or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Vendor Management
Identify and engage external vendors or contractors as necessary for project execution.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to project requirements and timelines.
Quality Assurance and Change Management
Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet defined standards.
Manage change requests, assess their impact on the project, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth transition and adoption of project deliverables.
Your skill set, capabilities and previous experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Strong interest of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
High interest in managing complex IT projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
Communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

Does the type of contract change for the position after the 6 months of the trainee program?
If you were hired as a trainee, you will have your own Trainee contract for a maximum of six months. After that, we will offer you a fair salary that we have already agreed upon before you started your traineeship. We wish you the best of luck!
