• Collaborate with HR colleagues to design and deliver learning and development programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career growth.

2. Employee Engagement

• Implement initiatives and programs to foster a positive work environment, enhance employee engagement, and improve overall satisfaction.

• Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and develop action plans to address areas for improvement.

• Develop and implement recognition programs to acknowledge and reward employee contributions and achievements.

3. Performance Management

• Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.

• Collaborate with managers and employees to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.

• Support the implementation of performance management systems and tools to facilitate effective performance evaluation and development.

4. Organizational Development

• Partner with business leaders to identify and address organizational needs and opportunities.

• Drive organizational change initiatives, including reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions.

• Conduct organizational assessments and develop strategies to enhance team effectiveness and efficiency.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth by promoting career development opportunities and providing coaching and mentoring support.

5. Employee Relations

• Handle employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.

• Conduct investigations into employee complaints, conflicts, or disciplinary matters, ensuring timely and appropriate resolutions.

• Stay updated with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• High interest in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

• First knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.

• High interest in talent acquisition, onboarding, and learning and development.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
