As a People Operations Manager (m/f/x) at payever, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization by managing and developing our most valuable asset: our people. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of HR operations, including talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. Your focus will be on creating an inclusive and engaging work environment that fosters the growth, well-being, and satisfaction of our worldwide workforce.
In this role, your day will look something like this
Talent Management
Partner with business leaders and managers to develop and implement effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires, facilitating their integration into our company culture and supporting their success.
Collaborate with HR colleagues to design and deliver learning and development programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career growth.
Employee Engagement
Implement initiatives and programs to foster a positive work environment, enhance employee engagement, and improve overall satisfaction.
Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and develop action plans to address areas for improvement.
Develop and implement recognition programs to acknowledge and reward employee contributions and achievements.
Performance Management
Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.
Collaborate with managers and employees to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.
Support the implementation of performance management systems and tools to facilitate effective performance evaluation and development.
Organizational Development
Partner with business leaders to identify and address organizational needs and opportunities.
Drive organizational change initiatives, including reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions.
Conduct organizational assessments and develop strategies to enhance team effectiveness and efficiency.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth by promoting career development opportunities and providing coaching and mentoring support.
Employee Relations
Handle employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints, conflicts, or disciplinary matters, ensuring timely and appropriate resolutions.
Stay updated with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
Who you are
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
High interest in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
First knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
High interest in talent acquisition, onboarding, and learning and development.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from HR data and metrics.
Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
