Will I be able to look at my interview and/ or trial results?

We apologize, but as a company policy, we do not provide access to interview recordings or share the specific results of candidate trials. Our hiring process involves a comprehensive evaluation, including multiple factors beyond the interview and trial performance. We assess candidates based on various criteria, such as skills, experience, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the role. 

Rest assured that our decision-making process is fair, thorough, and based on a holistic assessment. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to focus on your strengths and qualifications throughout the hiring process.

Final steps

Following the assessment, we will schedule a final discussion to review your performance and determine if you are the right fit for the role and the team. This discussion will take place via call, and we will provide you with clear feedback on your performance during the assessment.

If we find that you are the right candidate for the role, we will extend a job offer to you. We will discuss the terms of the offer, including salary, benefits, and starting date, and answer any of your questions.

Once we have agreed on the terms, we will prepare a written contract outlining the details of the job offer. The contract will include datails about your job title, responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and any other relevant information.

Once you have signed the contract, we will welcome you to the payever team and provide you with all the necessary information and resources to start your new role successfully.
